With a solid background in real estate sales combined with more than eight years experience as a buyer's agent, Paul has a comprehensive understanding of the property buying process which has proven invaluable when negotiating hundreds of real estate purchases on behalf of clients.

Kristin Parker, Buyer’s agent and negotiator
Kristin developed her interest in how people purchase property when working as a selling agent on Sydney’s lower north shore.
Constantly contacted by ex-pats who wanted to buy property, Kristen felt they, as well as local buyers, would be better represented by a professional property buyer who was on their side rather than trying to do it themselves through a selling agent working in the vendor’s best interests.
Kristin decided to research the buyer's agency industry and in 2004 she joined the EPS Property Search team. Kristin now uses her knowledge and experience from being a Selling Agent to exclusively represent buyers.

Sandy is a qualified bookkeeper who specialises in property management trust accounting. With more than a decade of experience in bookkeeping and accounts Sandy works with the EPS property management team to ensure all financial operations meet or exceed legislative requirements and industry standards.

Shirley De Villeneuve, Property renovations
After more than five years as the EPS Property Manager, Shirley moved into the renovations area to manage the growing demand for property improvement projects – big and small!
Shirley has overseen dozens of renovations for client investment properties and homes adding significant value to the properties post renovation. Her keen eye for style, knowledge of how to improve functionality in key rooms and better use of space results in high quality results every time.
Shirley has an extensive background in residential property management and renovations spanning a decade and is also a property investor herself.
Dimitra Oldham, USA Consultant
Dimitra has a strong background in the Sydney real estate market having spent three years as a researcher for the EPS buying team. Since relocating to the US with her family, Dimitra has taken on a consultancy role working with Aussie expats who are based in America.
With strong communication skills, real estate experience and her first hand knowledge of the Sydney marketplace, Dimitra is instrumental in helping American-based Aussie expats assess the type and style of property that will best suit their personal and family needs for when they return home.
Kate Bright, Communications manager
Kate manages the communications for EPS with an extensive background in media and public relations. She joined EPS in 2008 after completing her role as Public Relations Manager for Singapore Airlines where she headed up the Australian PR team for the successful global launch of the A380 super jumbo.
Kate has also worked at the highest level of Government as a Federal Media Adviser after her many years experience as a broadcast journalist.

Emma is a dynamic researcher and administrator with exceptional communication and office management skills. With a strong background in property sales and customer service, Emma is an invaluable member of the EPS team and provides support to the buyers’ agents to ensure they deliver outstanding results for the company’s clients.
