Stephen Hall, Buyer’s agent and negotiator
Stephen first joined the EPS team in 2001 and helped to build EPS into the successful buyers agency that it is today. After a break to pursue alternative business opportunities, Stephen was lured back to EPS for several reasons best summed up in his own words: "I just missed working with Patrick, being in and around the property market daily and buying great homes and building property portfolios for the company’s investor clients".

Brenton Reginato, Department Manager – Property Management
Brenton is a highly knowledgeable senior property manager having managed a portfolio of over 700 properties over a seven year period (five years as Department Manager) before joining the EPS team.
He has exceptional communication skills and a wide-ranging residential and commercial management background.
As a property investor himself, Brenton has a firsthand understanding of the needs of landlords including ensuring all landlords receive a high rental return on their investment, low vacancy and timely management of maintenance issues as they arise.
James Ramsay, Property officer
James is a well respected property officer who is dedicated to helping his clients achieve the best possible results in a timely manner. Due to his genuine interest in real estate, James has more than a general knowledge of the property market allowing him to sell prospective tenants on not only the features and benefits of the properties he is letting but the location and facilities the area offers. Emma Forster, Renovations and research
Emma is a quality and experienced property renovator having managed a wide range of projects both here in Australia and in the UK. Her eye for detail, style and project management skills means the finished product often exceeds expectations while the process is professionally organised.
Emma is also a dynamic researcher and administrator with exceptional communication and management skills and is an invaluable member of the EPS team.
Dimitra Oldham, Renovations and research
Dimitra brings a unique skill to the EPS renovations team with qualifications and experience in professionally staging properties as well as renovating and styling homes. Her understanding of space, colour and overall feel of the property is an asset when undertaking renovations of any size.
Dimitra has a strong background in the Sydney real estate market having been with the EPS team since 2004.
Kate Bright, Communications manager
Kate manages the communications for EPS with an extensive background in media and public relations. She joined EPS in 2008 after completing her role as Public Relations Manager for Singapore Airlines where she headed up the Australian PR team for the successful global launch of the A380 super jumbo.
Kate has also worked at the highest level of Government as a Federal Media Adviser after her many years experience as a broadcast journalist.
