An investment strategy that works in any market

It doesn’t matter if the market is going up, down or sideways you can make money by renovating the right types of properties the right way. As with any successful strategy it starts with a plan. I always begin a renovation project with the end in mind to ensure I make a profit. 

A couple of key points to any renovation plan are:

• Select the right type and style of property to renovate in your chosen market.
• Ensure you buy well.
•  Renovate to your target market be it a home buyer or tenant if you’re looking for a great rental return.
• Don’t over or under capitalise.
• Stick to the prepared budget whilst undertaking the works.
